The region offers many activities all year round, including hiking, climbing and watersports.
There’s a free shuttle bus every 20 minutes during the season, which will take you to the pistes at Morillon and Sixt-Fer-à-Cheval. Part of the Grand Massif ski area, Samoëns has links to more than 265km of pistes and a great lift network.

About the property …
Built over three floors, Chalet Aymon has room for up to 10 people, with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. There’s a large garden and a terrace, which provide a wonderful view of the Giffre mountains.
The first room you’ll find when entering is a cosy living room with a sofa, armchairs and a TV. There's also a shower room with a washing machine and dryer where you can leave all of your outdoor clothing.
Move into a large, open-plan living area, which is full of light, thanks to three doors leading to the furnished terrace. A breakfast bar separates a sitting area, with several cosy armchairs, a wood-burning stove and a big dining table, from the modern kitchen, which has all the equipment you might need during your stay. It includes an oven, a large fridge and freezer, a dishwasher and a coffee machine.
There are 3 bedrooms on the first floor: 2 double rooms with queen size beds, and a dormitory with 2 sets of bunk beds, ideal for 4 children. Another living area contains table football, board games and a table, as well as a small kitchen with an oven, a refrigerator and a coffee machine. A wide door lets in light, opening on to a sunny balcony.
There are also 2 shower rooms on this floor. One of them is right next to the sauna, the perfect place to soothe your muscles after a day in the mountains.
The last floor is built under the eaves and includes a spacious bedroom with twin beds, and a shower room. This use of wood on this floor makes for a cosy atmosphere, which reflects Chalet Aymon's Alpine setting.
Two parking spaces are available outside the property in milder weather. However, these spaces are not available in winter, but guests can use a car park 100m from the chalet.

The OVO Network Review
Chalet Aymon can accommodate up to 10 guests in 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, built over 3 floors.
A spacious entry hall serves as a cosy living room, with a sofa, armchairs and a TV. A nearby shower room also acts as a laundry room, thanks to the presence of a washing machine and a dryer.
Next, step into a spacious open-plan living area, which is divided into a cosy living room, with a dining table, armchairs and a wood-burning stove, and a brand new kitchen, fully equipped with everything you might need to cook up a hearty meal. Several doors open on to a furnished terrace, where you’ll be able to take your meals if the weather allows.
Up to 8 people can sleep on the upper floor, in 2 double bedrooms and 1 dorm-style room with 2 bunk beds. On this floor, there are also 2 bathrooms, the sauna, and a 2nd living area with a babyfoot, a small kitchen, and access to a balcony.
We particularly like this room, which will allow the whole group to come together, whatever their needs.
The last bedroom, offering 2 twin beds, is tucked under the eaves, along with a 4th shower room.
Outside, both the large garden and the terrace boast splendid views on the valley and the surrounding mountains.
There's room for several cars outside the building. Please note that the road leading to Chalet Aymon can be difficult to negotiate in the winter if there’s snow or ice.

From the owner
Discovering the chalet was a real stroke of luck. Making the most of a rainy day during our winter holiday, we went on a property search in the area.
Despite a light fog covering the property on our first visit, we immediately felt the splendour of the place, pushing us to a quick and determined decision. Since then, the whole family has lived many unforgettable moments in the chalet!
A stay at Chalet Aymon is an immersion into the strength and beauty of nature. Every moment brings the possibility of discovering emotion-filled, fairytale landscapes showcasing the region’s fauna and flora, or even the magical colours of the sunrise and sunset.
Whether we’re staying with family or friends, we find our rhythm here, whatever it may be. When in the mood to relax, we spend time on the terrace.
The sportiest among us find countless options. The walk atop the nearby cirque is one of our most vivid hiking memories.
Come to our chalet and treat yourself to a dive back into authenticity and the real meaning of life.
