To gain our ‘Cycling Friendly’ label a chalet must be located within five kilometres of a recognised cycling route. This could be somewhere like La Clusaz, home to the Col des Aravis; Manigod, with the Col de la Croix Fry; or Cordon with its renowned climb offering views of Mont Blanc. Whichever Cycling Friendly chalet you choose you won’t be far from world-class cycling.
Bike Cleaning Facilities
Whether it’s wet and muddy or hot and dusty, at the end of a long day of riding cleaning your kit is key. All of our Cycling Friendly chalets have a range of bike cleaning facilities that make it easy for you to wash away the grime of the day.
Secure Storage
Every Cycling Friendly chalet has secure bike storage, ensuring you can rest easy that when you're not on your bike it’s safely locked away. Some chalets may offer a dedicated bike storage room within the chalet, others have a lockable garage with bike racks, but all will give you the peace of mind that your bike is stored securely.

All of the owners of our Cycling Friendly chalets ensure that they provide a range of information on local cycling routes to help you make the most of your stay. Whether you’re looking to follow in the tracks of the Tour de France, or you want to explore the mountain trails, you’ll find maps and route guidance to help you.
Additional Facilities
After a long day on the bike, relax in a hot tub or sauna, take a dip in a private pool, do some stretching in a gym or unwind in front of a movie in a cinema room - many OVO Network chalets offer a range of extra facilities for you to enjoy once the cycling challenge is done.
