Founded in 2010, OVO Network is a rental platform with over 300 Alpine Properties in its portfolio.

Over the last 12 years, we have built an enviable reputation for the great care we take with our property owners, guests and team alike. Since our inception we have taken over 20,000 bookings, with more than 160,000 guests staying in properties from our portfolio.

Sales Agent


Location: Haute Savoie region (Location is flexible but office space is available in Annecy)

Remuneration: Competitive with a bonus paid 6 monthly

Status: CDI



OVO Network is now looking for exceptional bilingual (English & French) Sales Managers to help expand the business across the French Alps.

We are offering a competitive salary (Base + Bonus) with the opportunity to be part of a growing business with a refreshing culture.

This role will concentrate on selling our business propositions to property owners who are looking to monetise their second homes, typically 4 or 5-star ski chalets. We help them maximise the rental potential of their property.



The Sales Manager will be responsible for:

  • Developing strategy, tactics, sales plans and routes to market to achieve expected sale targets
  • Building personal relationships with partners in target ski stations and surrounding areas (Estate agents, developers, builders, local service providers, etc)
  • Educating potential customers and partner organisations on the benefits of working with OVO Network
  • Developing and progressing a high volume of new sales leads through to contract signed status
  • Maintaining the OVO sales management tool and regularly reporting sales progress
  • Developing relationships and negotiating contracts with other short-term rental management companies
  • Identifying improvements or new propositions by remaining current on industry trends, market activities and competitors



We are looking for candidates who have:

  • Excellent English and French communication skills, both written and verbal
  • You must be fully able to integrate into both a French and an English working culture
  • A determined, self-starting, confident, friendly, goal-oriented nature with an exceptional sales background to augment our existing sales team
  • Excellent and natural ability to establish and build great business relationships with clients
  • Strong emotional intelligence
  • A positive “can-do” attitude and a strong inner drive to succeed
  • Previous experience in dealing with and selling to high network clients would be a distinct advantage
