Founded in 2010, OVO Network is a rental platform with over 300 Alpine Properties in its portfolio.

Over the last 12 years, we have built an enviable reputation for the great care we take with our property owners, guests and team alike. Since our inception we have taken over 20,000 bookings, with more than 160,000 guests staying in properties from our portfolio.

Sales Agent

 

Location: Haute Savoie region (Location is flexible but office space is available in Annecy)

Remuneration: Competitive with a bonus paid 6 monthly

Status: CDI

 

Overview

OVO Network is now looking for exceptional bilingual (English & French) Sales Managers to help expand the business across the French Alps.

We are offering a competitive salary (Base + Bonus) with the opportunity to be part of a growing business with a refreshing culture.

This role will concentrate on selling our business propositions to property owners who are looking to monetise their second homes, typically 4 or 5-star ski chalets. We help them maximise the rental potential of their property.

 

Responsibilities

The Sales Manager will be responsible for:

  • Developing strategy, tactics, sales plans and routes to market to achieve expected sale targets
  • Building personal relationships with partners in target ski stations and surrounding areas (Estate agents, developers, builders, local service providers, etc)
  • Educating potential customers and partner organisations on the benefits of working with OVO Network
  • Developing and progressing a high volume of new sales leads through to contract signed status
  • Maintaining the OVO sales management tool and regularly reporting sales progress
  • Developing relationships and negotiating contracts with other short-term rental management companies
  • Identifying improvements or new propositions by remaining current on industry trends, market activities and competitors

 

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who have:

  • Excellent English and French communication skills, both written and verbal
  • You must be fully able to integrate into both a French and an English working culture
  • A determined, self-starting, confident, friendly, goal-oriented nature with an exceptional sales background to augment our existing sales team
  • Excellent and natural ability to establish and build great business relationships with clients
  • Strong emotional intelligence

Operations Assistant

 

Location: Annecy, Haute-Savoie, France

Overview

Since the pandemic OVO Network has been lucky enough to experience a great period of growth, most notably across the Northern French Alps. In order to continue to develop our presence in this area we now have an office, in central Annecy, from which certain members of our team operate.

We are currently reworking our organisational structure and are now looking for someone to join us as our Operations Assistant. From day one the Operations Assistant role will be to streamline our operations by being the de facto point of contact between the Annecy-based team and senior management.

The ideal candidate will be able to improve our team's efficiency and communication all while growing our exceptional and renowned team culture.

 

Responsibilities

  • Funnelling of information and coordination between the Annecy team and other senior managers in order to optimise efficiency and productivity
  • Reviewing, designing, and executing on improvements to organisational structure and communication flows. Identifying knowledge or skills gaps and helping to address them
  • Serving as liaison between staff and senior leadership regarding company climate and team well-being.
  • Coordinating project updates and new business proposals
  • Building and developing relationships with all team members for increased efficiency and effective responsiveness in business operations.
  • Helping to define new operational strategies and working with team leaders to support individual projects
  • Overseeing daily operations through collaboration with department leaders, performing an array of administrative tasks including managing calendars, generating correspondence, planning and coordinating events, travel planning and scheduling meetings
  • Ensuring our Annecy office remains a professional, welcoming and enjoyable environment for both the OVO Network team and any visitors
  • Being the overall point of contact for anything to do with our Annecy office, coordinating maintenance and filling any required paperwork

 

Requirements

  • Excellent English and French communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Proven success in a project coordination role

PICON Onboarding Manager

 

Location: Location is variable between office (Annecy), home working and working from 3rd party office sites in Haute Savoie

Remuneration: Starting rate: Euro 17.00 per hour

Status: Auto-entrepreneur/CDI contract

 

*PICON is our in-house terminology that describes the software platform that is used to manage short-term rental properties.

 

Overview

This is a bilingual (FR/EN) role for an auto-entrepreneur. It is a part-time, flexible administrative role with approximately 20-25 hours per week.

The main focus of this role is to add properties to our website (called PICON). This will require liaising with French estate agents and similar agencies to select qualifying properties which they already list on retail rental platforms such as Airbnb. Once identified and validated, each property’s data then needs to be managed across to our web platform and presented to our exacting standards.

Note that this is not a sales role. Commercial relationships will already be established prior to you working with any agency.

 

Responsibilities

The PICON Onboarding Manager will be responsible for:

  • Assisting agencies who are onboarding new PICON properties and supporting (sometimes leading) data transfer activities
  • Providing quality control on PICON listings (photos and text)
  • Provide feedback to underperforming PICON partners
  • Visiting and inspecting properties joining our portal when appropriate
  • Liaising with OVO Network partner agencies as required
  • Identifying and deal with website content anomalies
  • Liaising with the IT team to report any bugs or request improvements

Note that induction training will be given and during the initial 3-month period a buddy will be assigned to ensure a complete transfer of knowledge.

 

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who have:

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to speak native French with a good level of English
  • You should be able to communicate with ease with French business owners and agencies
  • Strong administrator with exceptional writing and grammar skills (English and French)
  • Natural problem solver
  • Good keyboard skills and ‘tech savvy’

PICON Account Manager

 

Location: Location is flexible. Would suit home working and office accommodation available in Annecy

Remuneration: Starting rate: Euro 17.00 - 19.00 per hour depending on experience

Status: Auto-entrepreneur/CDI contract

Overview

This is a bilingual (FR/EN) role for an auto-entrepreneur. It is a part-time, flexible administrative role with approximately 20-25 hours per week.

The main focus of this role is to be the point of contact for ‘PICON’ owners. This will require working with English and French individuals, owners and businesses, who list their properties via the OVO Network software platform.

 

Responsibilities

The PICON Onboarding Manager will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the sales team to respond to PICON enquiries
  • Assisting owners who are onboarding new PICON properties
  • Providing quality control on PICON listings (photos and text)
  • Chasing PICON partners to advertise their availability and prices as early as possible
  • Monitoring the performance of PICON partners responding to guest enquiries
  • Providing feedback to underperforming PICON partners
  • Visiting and inspecting properties joining our portal when appropriate
  • Liaising with OVO Network partner agencies as required
  • Identifying and deal with website content anomalies
  • Liaising with the IT team to report any bugs or request improvements
  • Converting PICON properties to Complete
  • Possibly assisting the Guest Enquiry team to cross-sell when PICON properties don’t respond to enquiries

Note that induction training will be given and during the initial 3-month period a buddy will be assigned to ensure a complete transfer of knowledge.

We are looking for candidates who have:

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to speak and write in native French AND English
