Why is OVO Network different to other rental solutions?

OVO Network is a specialist in the holiday rental market, providing an interface between owners and guests for all marketing, enquiries and reservations.

We create beautiful, fully responsive websites, tailored marketing campaigns, secure bookings and seamless communications that enable property owners to maximise their rental income with minimum effort. Put simply, we save you time and increase your profits.

Can any property join OVO Network?

OVO Network works with what we consider as ‘best in class’ properties. We review hundreds of properties each year, but just 5% are accepted to join.

They aren’t all luxury homes, but they do all offer something special, be that an exclusive location, exceptional design or five-star facilities. We work with properties ranging from two-bedroom cottages to 12-bedroom chalets, but the one thing they all have is owners who share our values and ethos to deliver the best possible service and holiday experience to our guests.

How much does it cost to join OVO Network?

To join OVO Network there is a one-off Joining Fee of 1500€, which contributes towards the initial costs of setting up your website and your online business.

This investment is matched by OVO Network. Once your website is live there is a 12.5% Service Fee on each booking. There is also a Distribution Fee of 12.5% applied on bookings which are made via - paid by the guest, not you, and included in the price of their booking.

Will I need to do anything to my property to join OVO Network?

It depends on the condition of the property and the rental potential it offers.

Our team are experts in reviewing properties for the rental market, so we can advise on everything from furnishings to facilities, to help you maximise your occupancy and income.

How long does it take to get my property set up with OVO Network?

This really depends on your individual property.

From our initial visit to your home and ensuring the property is ready for rental, to getting the bilingual website launched and the marketing in place, every property is different in its requirements and the time it will take to launch.

Can I still use my property if I rent it out through OVO Network?

Yes - with OVO Network you can still use your property whenever you choose.

Every owner has their own online back office, where you can manage your entire availability calendar. Here you can easily update your availability to show dates as unavailable.

How much can I expect to increase my rental income by?

This varies dependent on the type of property, its location, facilities, your current occupancy and rental rates.

We can advise you on this when we visit the property, however all OVO Network owners to date have seen a strong increase in their rental income.

How can renting through OVO Network enhance the resale value of my property?

We’ve seen many OVO Network properties sold at up to 20% more than the market value, due to their historical success as a rental business.

Even when the buyer doesn’t want to rent they will often pay a higher price to secure the property, with the confidence that they can successfully rent in future if they need/want to.

In addition, there are a number of local banks who look favourably on mortgage applications where the owner is going to rent through OVO Network.

Why does OVO Network reduce my workload?

Because it’s an automated system, OVO Network technology provides instant responses to guests and manages everything - from confirming bookings and chasing up payments to advising property managers of guest arrivals or special requests.

Your guests can book quickly and easily from anywhere in the word, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. And with OVO Network you can accept online payments by credit or debit card directly into your bank account.

What marketing do you do for my property?

Every property has its own dedicated, bilingual website and we do both winter and summer photo shoots to show the year-round potential of your property.

OVO Network owners also benefit from tailored SEO (search engine optimisation) activity; advertising on major English and French language rental sites such as Airbnb, Abritel, and Vrbo; Google AdWords campaigns; monthly customer newsletters and ecards; and promotion through social media such as Facebook, Instagram and our blog.
