We’ve set up this minimum equipment list and we ask owners to abide by it for several reasons:
Please remember you need to provide equipment and furniture for the maximum capacity your property is advertised for unless stated below.
Linen and Towels
Eating and Drinking: the minimum is one per person for the maximum capacity of the chalet, the recommendation is to double up so that there is no need to run the dishwasher after every meal.
Note: if you allow 3 babies to stay at your property, you commit to provide 3 cots/high chairs to your guests. If it is a problem for you to store these items but still want to allow several babies, you will be able to rent equipment if necessary at Pressing des Aravis, in La Clusaz - www.pressingdesaravis.com
Note: CHIMNEYS SHOULD BE SWEPT AT LEAST ONCE A YEAR, alarms should be checked or serviced as per manufacturer’s recommendations. Some insurance policies make this a condition of valid insurance.
Although not obligatory, many properties have installed ski racks and boot warmers and provide a separate drying area for wet outdoor gear. Some properties even have glove warmers and provide free sledges for the kids!
