How to claim your loyalty discount

Make your booking at an OVO Network property where you have already stayed.

STEP 2

When you book be sure to use the same email address that you used for your first booking.

STEP 3

We will automatically apply your exclusive loyalty discount to your booking.

STEP 4

Terms and conditions

  • The discount applies for rebookings at participating properties where you've previously stayed.
  • The discount applies only if you use the same email address for your new booking.
  • The loyalty discount cannot be applied retroactively. 
  • The discount can not be redeemed in addition to a special offer.
  • The discount applies to a rebooking made after the 29th April 2024.
  • The loyalty discount is not available for travel agency or tour operator bookings.
  • The current discount rate may be subject to change.
