After a great day in the Aravis mountains, return to this 5* chalet and enjoy the wonderful views from the covered terrace as the lifts pass overhead!
This traditionally-styled chalet for eight is in the peaceful area of Les Riondes, just 1.5km from the centre of La Clusaz and 240m from the Guy Perillat slopes.
Accommodation at the chalet is set over three floors. Decorated in traditional Savoyard style, the living area has a large L-shaped sofa and chairs around an open fire. Windows on two sides make this a lovely bright space. The kitchen area combines traditional style with modern appliances and all the equipment you need to cook up a tasty meal, and doors open from here on to a wonderful covered dining terrace. There's a separate area with a television and comfortable chairs.
On the ground floor, you'll find a double bedroom with a television, kitchenette and adjoining shower room. This room, which has doors to the outside, is a great studio area for a couple looking for a bit of independence while still being part of the group.
The three remaining bedrooms are on the top floor: a double room with a balcony and en suite shower room; a twin room with a balcony and another double room with a balcony. These two bedrooms share use of a separate bathroom and a toilet.
The chalet also has a large ski room with a heated boot rack and a garage with room to store bikes.
The convenient location of this charming chalet (*), close to the slopes and just a few minutes from the centre of La Clusaz, makes it a great choice for a group who don't want to be dependent on their cars. The traditional decor and superb views mean you'll get a real sense of being in the Alps.
