If you want to be first on the pistes in the morning or ski directly into La Clusaz town center, this well-renovated apartment just 200 m from the Combe des Juments lift, could be just what you are looking for. The closest ski slope is just 50 m away making this property a ski-in ski-out. And outside the ski season, there are plenty of footpaths and bike trails to enjoy from your door.
At the end of an active day in the mountains, pour yourself a drink and enjoy the fabulous view from the balcony.
The apartment is 3 km from the village of La Clusaz, and with the ski bus stopping just 200 m away, you'll be able to get around without using your car. The apartment has a large garage for one car.
About the property ...
This recently modernised apartment has space for eight guests, with three bedrooms and three bathrooms.
The first is a room for four, with two sets of bunk beds, a shower and a washbasin. There's a double bedroom with an en suite shower room, and another double bedroom. There’s also a separate shower room with wash basin and wc, and a separate room with wc and hand basin.
The bright open-plan living area has a cosy seating area with a large sofa and chairs around the television. A door opens on to the large furnished balcony - it's the perfect place to take in the stunning view as you enjoy a drink before dinner. If the weather is good, you could even enjoy your meal out here.
The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook up a meal. There's an island unit with a breakfast bar where you can grab a snack before you head out for the day, and a large dining table where you can all enjoy a leisurely meal together. You will also find the washing machine in this space.
The apartment also has a ski locker and a long garage, which will take one large car or two smaller ones.
About the area ...
Keen skiers and boarders need waste no time getting to the slopes from this La Clusaz chalet - the ski lift is just a short walk from your door!
From here you have the fabulous ski fields of La Clusaz and Le Grand Bornand at your disposal - more than 200 km of pistes. Floodlights mean you can ski into the night, and the weekly torchlit descent into La Clusaz is unforgettable!
A wide selection of trails means cross-country skiers will be spoilt for choice, while non-skiers can try the local ice rink, swimming pool and sledging run, or strap on some snowshoes and take to the mountain paths.
With all this on your doorstep there's no need to venture further, but if you want to, Chamonix is within easy reach for a day out.
There’s no time to be bored when you spend your summer holiday at Loft Monte Clusio.
Hike into the Col des Aravis, or let the telecabine ferry you and your bike into the mountains, so you can come back down at your own pace. Other local activities include horse-riding, climbing, via ferrata and paragliding - there is always something new to try in La Clusaz.
Just 30 minutes away, the medieval city of Annecy offers a great choice of shops, restaurants, galleries and museums, as well as swimming, boating and watersports in the cleanest lake in Europe.

Loft Monte Clusio is a three-bedroom, three-bathroom ski-in ski-out apartment for eight guests near La Clusaz.
If your Alpine holiday is all about getting out and about in the mountains, this is a great choice for you. In the winter, you can walk to the Combe des Juments piste, and if you're visiting outside the ski season, there are plenty of hiking and biking trails to explore.
There's a large garage suitable for one vehicle, and the ski bus stop is just 200 m away, so it's easy to get around and explore the area. The busy village of La Clusaz just 3.5 km away has a great choice of bars, shops and restaurants, as well as a couple of supermarkets.
Although the outside of the apartment building and the communal areas may look a little tired, you won't be disappointed when you step into the apartment. Everything has been renovated to a high standard, with a modern, well-equipped kitchen and a bright and airy open-plan living area.
The three shower rooms are also beautifully decorated and well-appointed.
The furnished balcony makes the most of the great view of the mountains, and is a great place for your first coffee in the morning or watching for shooting stars at night.
This apartment is a great choice for a group who enjoy exploring and getting out and about on their holidays, but want a comfortable, practical apartment to return to at the end of a busy day. Welcome to Loft Monte Clusio. We are so excited to share our family home….for others to make great memories and enjoy the many adventures that La Clusaz has on offer.
Alternatively, relaxing with the fresh mountain air and picturesque scenery is wonderful for the soul - there is something for everyone.
We have spent the happiest times with our children in Loft Monte Clusio who learned to ski as toddlers. Many celebrations have taken in place from birthdays to engagements and continues to be our most favourite annual trip with family or friends.
We fell in love with the area, people and restaurants 10 years ago and it just keeps getting better!
