About the property

Accommodation is set over three split-level floors, resulting in a huge 450m2 of living space.

There are five large well-appointed bedrooms, three of which can be arranged with large double or twin beds and have balcony access. Two of these rooms have en suite shower rooms, while the third room has an en suite bathroom with separate shower.

The fourth bedroom has four built-in bunk beds ideal for younger guests, and an en suite shower room.

The luxurious master suite has a kingsize bed and a single bed, as well as a dressing room, a large en suite bathroom with a spa bath and a separate shower, and access to the garden. All of the beds will be made up to your requirements with Egyptian cotton linen, and towels, robes and toiletries are provided in the stylish bathrooms.

The multi-level living area has full height windows and doors leading to the terrace, flooding the area with light and framing the glorious views. A huge sofa piled with cushions and faux fur throws is a cosy place to enjoy an evening in front of the central fireplace, and there's room for everyone to sit down together at the dining table.

The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook for a crowd, and there's a breakfast bar where you can grab a quick snack before heading out for the day.

There's a separate TV lounge as well as a fabulous home cinema room with a large screen, surround sound and soft lounger seating.

When you come back to your chalet after a day in the mountains, there's no need to head out for apres ski - just stash your skis, pop your boots on the heated boot rack and head to the timber-clad bar, where you can shoot some pool on the full-size table.

if you'd rather ease your tired muscles, head for the sauna, or perhaps the outdoor hot tub, where you can watch the sun set over the mountains. The large flat garden is the perfect place for kids to run around or perhaps enjoy a snowball fight.

About the area

Morzine is in the centre of the Portes du Soleil, which, with 12 interconnected resorts in France and Switzerland, and 650km of pistes, offers plenty of scope for skiers and boarders of all ages and abilities.

If you’re not a skier, Morzine also offers indoor and outdoor ice skating rinks, which host ice hockey matches, and the local cinema often shows films in English.

The more adventurous might like to try snowmobiling or ice-climbing on some of the area’s frozen waterfalls, or discover the area in a more sedate manner on a sleigh ride. Other ways to have fun include snowshoeing and sledging, while the Indiana adventure park offers a variety of activities for all ages.

When the snow melts, the lush green slopes around Morzine become a haven for walkers, mountain bikers and thrill-seekers. The lifts will transport you and your bike up the mountains, leaving you to come back down at your leisure. Take a picnic, and make a day of it!

Morzine has earned Famille Plus status for its excellent childcare and entertainment programme, so it’s the perfect choice for families. There are superb water parks in the town and in neighbouring Avoriaz, as well as two summer sledges, while the Indiana adventure park has a range of assault courses to suit all ages.

Golfers will find excellent courses in Les Gets and Avoriaz. Other activities include climbing, rafting, via ferrata, canyoning, mini-golf, quad bikes, fishing and kayaking. Take advantage of the Portes du Soleil Multi Pass, which offers unrestricted access to the full range of family activities.
