About the property

Hibou Blanc has been imaginatively designed over several levels, so that everyone in your group can find their own space, or get together for a meal and a chat.

The large modern kitchen is very well-equipped, with everything you need to prepare a feast for 10 people. There's also a laundry room with washing machine and and tumble dryer.

The dining area , which opens on to the balcony, and raised living room have large windows to make the most of the great views, and the seating area also has a TV and a woodburning stove. There's a great playroom with Smart TV and table football, and the Bang and Olufsen sound system and smart lighting run throughout the chalet.

There are five bedrooms, three of them doubles with en suite bathrooms. The master bedroom also has a balcony with fabulous views. There's a twin room and a bunk room which has its own TV and play area, perfect for young children. These rooms also share a shower room and a separate toilet.

Ski and sports enthusiasts will appreciate the ski store with heated boot racks and room to store outdoor clothes, so that you are always ready to hit the slopes.

About the area

When you stay at Hibou Blanc, it’s just a short walk to the Pleney lift and the ski bus stops 50m away. The Pleney bubble connects Morzine to the neighbouring village of Les Gets, and the Super Morzine is the central access point for Avoriaz domain, so you’ve got a huge choice of skiing open to you.

If you fancy a change, why not try a snow-mobile trip or even an ice-dive in the nearby Lake Montriond! More sedate pastimes just minutes away from Hibou Blanc include ice-skating at Parc des Dereches, snow-shoeing or hot air ballooning - a great way to see the mountains with the minimum of effort!

When the snow melts, the slopes around Morzine become a haven for walkers, families and thrill-seekers.

Morzine has earned Famille Plus status for its excellent childcare and entertainment, so it’s the perfect choice for young families. Apart from mountain hikes and gentle lakeside strolls, the resort centre offers a huge choice of activities and Hibou Blanc is right at the heart of it.

Visit Parc des Dérêches, just a short walk away from Hibou Blanc for a fabulous swimming complex, tennis courts, horse-riding, a skate park and much more. The Indiana adventure park has a range of assault courses to suit all ages, and other activities in the area include climbing, rafting, via ferrata, canyoning, mini-golf, quad bikes, fishing, kayaking and hiking.

Small children will love a trip to the village of Les Lindarets, where goats wander freely - it’s a great place to stop for lunch too.The area is also a favourite with mountain bikers, with a huge choice of challenging tracks to discover. The beautiful lake at Montriond is another great day out - it's a great place to walk and have a picnic, but there's also a swimming area and canoe hire.
