Overview
This ultra-modern chalet in the centre of Morzine sleeps 17 guests (14 adults and three children). Set in a quiet side street, it's just 100m from the Super Morzine lift, which gives you great access to Avoriaz and the rest of the Portes du Soleil. It's also a very short walk to the shops, bars and restaurants of Morzine.
With accommodation over four floors, there's plenty of space for everyone, even when the chalet is full. As you enter, you'll find a ski and bike store on your left, with a heated boot rack and access to the terrace. There's also a spacious open plan living area, with the sleek, well-equipped kitchen, a cosy seating area and a huge dining table which overlooks the terrace - take an apero out to admire the view before you all get together for a meal and a catch-up.
The balcony and terrace wrap all around the house, making the most of the fabulous views of the mountains, the Parc des Dérêches and the illuminated suspension bridge.
There's another wonderful sitting room with stunning views on the top floor of the chalet. This unique room overlooks the floor below and opens on to a covered balcony.
There are three bedrooms on the lower ground floor: two twin/kingsize rooms with en suite shower rooms and access to the furnished balcony, and a suite with a double/twin bed, a sofa and a separate room with three bunk beds. The suite also has access to the balcony and an en suite shower/bathroom.
Go down another floor and you'll find the sauna, a pool room and three more bedrooms. All have access to a balcony, and can be made up with twin or kingsize beds. Two of them have en suite shower rooms and the third has an en suite bathroom as well as a mezzanine with an extra double bed.
There's off-road parking for up to three cars, but with all the facilities you need right on your doorstep, you can easily forget about driving until it's time to leave!
