Chalet Source Eve...
You will never tire of the wonderful views from Chalet Source Eve, nor of its generous indoor and outdoor living spaces, where you can gather with friends and family at any time of year.
In winter, you can ski almost to your door. The ski lifts are just 450m away, giving you access to the 192km of slopes in the Espace Diamant and the 100km of the Portes du Mont-Blanc ski area.
In summer, the lake at Praz-sur-Arly (2.6km away) is the perfect place to swim or relax, with a water park, treetop adventure course and restaurant. Lake Flumet (7km away) also offers a playground, skatepark, multi-sports court and café.
Praz-sur-Arly has all the shops and services you will need during your stay, including several supermarkets, equipment rental shops, bars and restaurants.
About the property…
Chalet Source Eve is a newly built three-storey chalet with panoramic views of the mountains. It accommodates up to 14 guests (including a maximum of 12 adults) in seven bedrooms with six bathrooms.
The garden level has two double bedrooms, each with its own shower room and separate WC. Both have direct access to the garden, and one also has a desk for remote working.
There is also a self-contained apartment on this level, with two double bedrooms, an open-plan kitchen and living area with a TV and dining table, as well as a shower room with a double washbasin and a separate WC.
The ground floor has another double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and separate WC. This room also has a desk and doors to the terrace. The rest of the floor is dedicated to a spacious open-plan living area centred around a large dining table. On one side, the fully equipped kitchen includes a bean-to-cup coffee machine, a breakfast bar and a walk-in pantry. On the other, a large L-shaped sofa faces the television. A separate WC completes this floor.
The covered terrace, which can be reached from both the kitchen and the bedroom, has an outdoor dining table, barbecue and hot tub.
The first floor is home to the games room with a desk, along with two more bedrooms. There is a dormitory-style room with five single beds, three of which are on mezzanine levels, as well as a desk, shower, and separate WC. The second bedroom is a double with a desk, private balcony and an en-suite bathroom with WC.
On the practical side, Chalet Source Eve has a ski room with a heated boot dryer, which can also be used to store bicycles outside the ski season. There is also a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is garage parking for one car and outside spaces for five more.
About the area…
Praz-sur-Arly is a welcoming mountain village between Megève and Flumet, offering panoramic views of Mont Blanc. With its local shops and traditional chalets, it appeals to visitors who want to avoid the crowds in the bigger resorts. Its location means you can enjoy all the action of the surroundings before returning to the peace and quiet of this typically Savoyard village.
In winter, Praz-sur-Arly provides easy access to the Espace Diamant ski area, which offers 192km of slopes across six resorts, including Les Saisies, Crest-Voland and Notre-Dame-de-Bellecombe. During school holidays, a local ski lift opens, giving guests ski-in, ski-out access. The village is also close to the Portes du Mont-Blanc ski area, offering even more opportunities for winter sports. Snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, sledging, skijoring and dog sledding are just some of the activities on offer.
During the rest of the year, visitors flock to Praz-sur-Arly for its lush green landscapes ideal for hiking and mountain biking. The Arly River and surrounding mountain pastures offer magnificent views, while a lake in Praz and another one in Flumet (6km away) are ideal for swimming and summer activities. Thrill seekers can enjoy hot air balloon rides as well as trail running and paragliding. With farms to visit and summer events to enjoy, you’ll never be short of something to do.

“Delightful stay”
We were absolutely delighted with our stay at La Source d’Eve. Thank you again! We felt at home in the chalet from the moment we arrived. Beautifully decorated, it has been thoughtfully designed to accommodate a large group. The open-plan living and dining area is incredibly spacious, with a very large table perfect for gathering together. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to cook for and cater to a large number of guests.
We loved spending our evenings on the main terrace, enjoying pre-dinner drinks and relaxing in the hot tub. From the balconies and windows, the mountain views are simply breathtaking.
The dormitory and its private lounge were a huge hit with our children. Between the abundance of books for all ages, the shared-style bathroom facilities, and the fun, cosy sleeping spaces, they’re already asking to come back as soon as possible! We certainly will be returning.

Its spacious, light-filled living area extends onto a beautiful covered terrace, creating the perfect setting for memorable times with family and friends. The open-plan kitchen allows everyone to cook, chat and spend time together.
The hot tub on the terrace invites you to unwind and fully embrace the peaceful pace of mountain life.
Most of the chalet’s seven bedrooms have their own private bath or shower room, while some also enjoy direct access to the garden or a private balcony.
A self-contained apartment on the garden level, with its own external entrance, offers extra privacy for up to four guests – a great idea if two or more families are sharing the property. Meanwhile, children can enjoy their own space in the dormitory room and the separate games room.
Everything at Chalet Source Eve has been designed to make your stay as relaxing as possible. A ski room with a heated boot dryer – also suitable for storing bikes outside the ski season – together with ample parking, will add to the smooth running of your holiday.

Chalet Source Eve is designed to be a comfortable gathering place for family and friends, where you can get together in the large open-plan living area. There’s a covered terrace (perfect in all seasons), and impressive balconies on every floor.
Because Chalet Source Eve reflects who we are, we have taken care to combine this friendly atmosphere with some discreet and intimate spaces, where you can take a little time to yourself.
With this in mind, each bedroom has been designed as a suite with a private bath or shower room (with Japanese toilets...) and direct access to the outdoors.
(If needed, an independent apartment can also be made available for those who would like even more peace and privacy.)
And as happy children make for happy parents, younger guests will quickly find their own space too – and even their own floor – with a dedicated playroom and a dormitory where they can enjoy “sleepovers” It’s the perfect way to fill the “never wasted” hours between sledging sessions and ski lessons (and luckily… it works just as well with summer activities too).
And on the subject of family...
Chalet Source Eve stands on the very footings of our original family farm estate at Les Esserts, next to the spring where ancestral wisdom once suggested building homes.
We are fully aware of how fortunate we are, but also of our responsibility to preserve and care for the heritage that was left to us. By creating a new living space here, Source Eve is a tribute to those who loved this property and a promise that it will never be forgotten.
Our connection to this place is absolute, and we hope that this “Source Eve” will become the starting point for some wonderful memories.
