Overview
This charming Megeve ski chalet is just 100m from the Encraty piste, and it's a five-minute drive to the Princesse lift - either way, you'll waste no time getting on the slopes. And when you return to the chalet, there's a skiers' entrance which leads to the ski store and boot room.
The chalet for 12 (eight adults, four children) has been sympathetically restored to offer all modern facilities in this beautiful old farmhouse. There are three en suite double bedrooms, an elegant master suite and two children's rooms, each with a set of bunk beds, which share a bathroom.
At the end of the day, the sumptuous living room is the perfect place to relax in front of the fire and watch TV, or step out on to the deck where you can soak up the views from the sunken hot tub. The rustic-styled kitchen has all the equipment you need to cook up a meal for a hungry crowd, and the dining table is big enough for everyone to eat together.
There's also a separate TV room/snug to save any arguments about what to watch!
The centre of Megeve is just a five-minute drive away, with a great range of restaurants, shops and bars.
