Overview

This ground floor apartment for eight people is in a great location, 8 to 10 minutes walk to Morzine or Montriond. You can walk to the SuperMorzine telecabine in eight minutes, and it's a 10-minute drive to the Ardent telecabine. With the shops, bars and restaurants of Morzine just a 10-minute walk away, and the ski bus stop a three-minute walk away, you've all the facilities you need for a great mountain holiday.

When you return from a day in the mountains, there's a useful room where you can store your skis or bikes, as well as a heated boot rack, so you'll be ready to go again the next day.

The apartment has four bedrooms - three can be arranged with twin or kingsize beds, and the fourth has two bunk beds. The master bedroom has an en suite shower room, and there is also a separate bathroom and a shower room. Just let us know how you would like the beds arranged and they will be made up for your arrival.

The living area has a large leather sofa and chairs around a TV and a welcoming fireplace - a great place to relax in the evening - and there's room for everyone at the dining table. The bright, spacious kitchen has everything you need to cook for a hungry crowd.

The apartment has a large, secure garden where you can eat out in good weather and admire the mountain views. There's a garage and parking for two cars right in front of the apartment, as well as an electric car charger, which can be used by arrangement (guests will need to have their own French charging cable).

Guests are also welcome to bring a small dog (max 25kg) outside of the ski season. However, dogs are not allowed in bedrooms, guests must bring their own dog bedding and must clear all waste from the garden.

Why Montriond?

The pretty village of Montriond is a great holiday destination for guests who want a great choice of mountain sports and all the bars, shops and restaurants of a large resort, but who at the end of the day want to return to a quiet base in the heart of nature.

If you’re visiting in the winter, you’ll be close to the lifts in Morzine, but you’ll also have great access to the Ardent bubble, which will whisk you up to the Portes du Soleil resorts.

If you’re visiting in the summer, you’ll appreciate the walks around Lake Montriond, swimming and kayaking.
