At OVO we are honest and open in everything we do, and our pricing for agents reflects our understanding of the work you put in to build awareness for your lettings programme.
OVO doesn’t charge a set up fee, in fact we don’t take a centime until your bookings start to arrive, and we then take a percentage service fee of each booking. Our standard service fee is 10% but we can offer lower rates depending on the number of properties you have, the average booking value of each of your properties and which elements of the OVO system you will be using - please contact us to discuss this further.
The only upfront cost is for the two professional photo shoots we need for each property (one in winter and one in summer), which gives us the imagery we need to promote the properties successfully and in-line with the OVO brand.
The photo shoots include a selection of up to 35 high quality interior and exterior images; four 360° virtual tour photos, inside and out; a three-minute video providing a walk through of the property, plus views from the property. The two photo shoots are invoiced directly by the photographer and shoot director to either the agent or the owner, as you prefer.
Our marketing team will also work closely with you to discuss and begin your individual advertising campaign, taking over or complementing your own marketing activity as required. With specialist know-how and proven results we can transform your advertising and generate many more bookings for your properties. We ensure your advertising budget works that much harder and our agents quickly see the results. Each agent contributes an amount per property towards advertising and this is used solely to promote your properties on a range of third party websites. Your OVO advertising manager can co-ordinate all of the adverts for you - saving you time and hassle - and this is all supported by a wide range of OVO marketing initiatives including e-marketing campaigns, social media and SEO activity.
