There is a one-off Joining Fee of 1500€, which is a contribution towards everything needed to get your property ready to market, together with professional photo shoots during the first year. This gives a selection of high quality interior and exterior images, several 360° virtual tours inside and out, a three-minute video providing a walk through of the property, plus views from the property. It also contributes towards all of the behind the scenes work needed to set up your property on our systems and create your dedicated website. You pay this contribution once at the start of your partnership with us - never again.
OVO's marketing expertise delivers high performing advertising that generates many more bookings for your property. With specialist know-how and proven results we create powerful copy and photography that makes your advertising expenditure work better for you. Prior to the launch of your property's dedicated OVO website you will be contacted by our marketing team to discuss and begin your individual advertising campaign.
Each owner contributes an annual amount per property towards advertising - at present this is 750€ per property per year - and this is used solely to promote your individual properties on a range of third party websites. Your OVO advertising manager will co-ordinate all of the adverts for you, saving you time and hassle.
This is all supported by a wide range of OVO marketing initiatives to promote your property through its own dedicated website and via the OVO Network portals. This includes e-marketing campaigns, social media and SEO activity to help generate strong bookings for your property.
From then on we just take a 10% service fee of the rental rate for each booking. This service fee covers everything else...
