We create beautiful, fully responsive websites, tailored marketing campaigns, secure bookings and seamless communications that enable property owners to maximise their rental income with minimum effort. Put simply, we save you time and increase your profits.
OVO Network works with what we consider as ‘best in class’ properties. We review hundreds of properties each year, but just 5% are accepted to join.
They aren’t all luxury homes, but they do all offer something special, be that an exclusive location, exceptional design or five-star facilities. We work with properties ranging from two-bedroom cottages to 12-bedroom chalets, but the one thing they all have is owners who share our values and ethos to deliver the best possible service and holiday experience to our guests.
To join OVO Network Complete there is a one-off Joining Fee of 1500€, which contributes towards the initial costs of setting up your website and your online business.
This investment is matched by OVO Network. Once your website is live there is an Annual Membership Fee of 750€ and a 10% Service Fee on each booking. There is also a guest fee of 5% - paid by the guest, not you, and included in their price.

Even when the buyer doesn’t want to rent they will often pay a higher price to secure the property, with the confidence that they can successfully rent in future if they need/want to.
In addition, there are a number of local banks who look favourably on mortgage applications where the owner is going to rent through OVO Network.
Because it’s an automated system, OVO Network’s technology provides instant responses to customers and manages everything from confirming bookings and chasing up payments to advising property managers of customer arrivals or special requests.
