There's just as much to see and do in the summer, with walking, biking and climbing among the many activities.
Foodies are well catered for in Saint-Martin-de-Belleville, where you'll find everything from restaurants serving Savoyard specialties to La Bouitte - a renowned restaurant with three Michelin stars. But if you'd rather cater for yourself, you'll also find a popular bakery, butcher and a small supermarket.
About the property
Accommodation at this luxury property is spread over five levels, with cosy en suite bedrooms and vast open living areas.
The main entrance is on the ground floor, where you'll find the double garage, the well-appointed ski room, the laundry room and the cellar. There's also a great family bedroom for six, with a double bed, two singles and two built-in bunk beds. Children will love having 'sleepovers' in this room, which also has an en suite bathroom with a bath and separate shower.
The impressive spa and leisure area is on the lower ground floor. Along with the indoor heated swimming pool, there's a sauna, hot tub, steam room and a massage room. There's also a comfortable home cinema, where you can sink into the oversized sofas and enjoy movie night in front of a huge screen.
Move up to the first floor, where there are four more bedrooms: two double rooms with en suite shower rooms, another double room with a bath and shower room and access to the terrace, and a sumptuous master suite with a double bed, dressing area, terrace and en suite bathroom with a bath and shower.
The vast open-plan living and dining area is on the second floor. Built around a central fireplace, the double-height ceilings and huge picture windows flood this area with light and add to the sense of space. Elegant curved sofas overlook the balcony, which is the perfect place to enjoy an apero. The well-equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar where you can grab a quick snack, or you can sit down and eat together at the dining table. There's also a double bedroom with an en suite shower room on this floor.
There's a games room on the top floor with table football, a pool table and a TV, as well as an office and WC. The two balconies up here may have the best views of the house!
This impressive property has been beautifully decorated, using wood and stone to reflect its Alpine surroundings. Every detail has been taken care of, to make sure that you have a trouble-free and memorable holiday.
