This luxury designer chalet for 8 guests is just five minutes walk from the delightful lakeside village of Montriond. It's also on the ski bus route between Morzine and Avoriaz, giving you easy access to great skiing in both directions.
The chalet has four double bedrooms, some of which open directly on to the balcony or garden. Two of the bedrooms have en suite bathrooms, while the other two share a stylish family bathroom. One of the bedrooms can be arranged with a large double or two twin beds.
The open plan kitchen and dining room is sure to be the setting for some very special meals The contemporary kitchen has everything you need to make cooking a pleasure, and the dining table is ideally positioned in front of the terrace and a woodburning stove - it's perfect for cosy dinners in winter, while in the summer you can open the doors and enjoy an apero on the sunny balcony, which runs the width of the chalet. In the decked garden below, you'll find the hot tub!
The cosy seating area is on the mezzanine floor - relax and unwind in front of the television on the two huge sofas tucked under the eaves. The TV has Netflix and Amazon Prime, and there's also a Playstation and Sonos sound system.
The chalet has parking for 2-3 cars, as well as an electric car charging point. You'll find ski storage and a heated boot rack in the cellar, and there's also a convenient laundry area.
This stunning chalet is a great base for a group of family or friends wanting to make the most of the mountain sports available, winter or summer. There are shops and restaurants available in Montriond, and the bustling resort of Morzine is just a short drive away.

The pretty village of Montriond is a great holiday destination for guests who want a great choice of mountain sports and all the bars, shops and restaurants of a large resort, but who at the end of the day want to return to a quiet base in the heart of nature.
If you’re visiting in the winter, you’ll be close to the lifts in Morzine, but you’ll also have great access to the Ardent bubble, which will whisk you up to the Portes du Soleil resorts.
If you’re visiting in the summer, you’ll appreciate the walks around Lake Montriond, swimming and kayaking.
