This contemporary chalet, just a 10-minute walk from the shops, bars, restaurants and ski lifts of Morzine, enjoys wonderful views over the town to the Pleney and Nyon pistes and mountains beyond - enjoy them from the sunken hot tub or the barrel sauna on the sunny terrace.
Four of the five bedrooms, all of which can be arranged as twin or double rooms, are on the first floor - two have en suite shower rooms, and the other two share a bathroom and separate toilet. As well as the wine cellar, there's a sauna on this floor, which has its own shower. You'll also find the cinema room here - relax in the sumptuous leather reclining chairs and enjoy a film on the wide screen with surround sound.
The main living area is on the next floor - soft sofas and chairs are arranged around a contemporary fireplace and television, a large dining table enjoys breathtaking views of the mountains on two sides and the sleek open-plan kitchen and breakfast bar have all the equipment you need to cook up a hearty meal after an active day in the mountains. Floor to ceiling windows ensure this floor makes the most of the light and the views, and open on to the large terrace where you'll find the hot tub and sauna.
The top floor is devoted to the elegant master suite - a large double bedroom with a freestanding bath, a large walk-in shower, double sink and a separate toilet. Guests staying in this room have their own balcony too, where they can enjoy a nightcap before turning in.
As you'd expect, this chalet also has a large ski room with a heated boot rack, and plenty of storage on the lower ground floor.
