Overview
This chic, newly-renovated chalet in Morzine is a great choice for up to 10 people, whether you're looking for great skiing in the winter, or walking and biking in the summer. Just 10 minutes walk from the centre of Morzine, and 15 minutes from the lake at Montriond, this stylish property sits on the sunny side of the valley, next to a mountain stream. It's an easy drive to the Super Morzine, Pleney, Ardent and Prodains lifts, and the ski bus stops five minutes walk away.
The first of the five en suite bedrooms is on the ground floor, along with the ski room with a heated boot rack, a storage area and access to the garage.
The main living area on the first floor has a well-equipped kitchen, a large dining table and plenty of cosy seating around the fire. Floor to ceiling windows make the most of the amazing views, and also open on to a large terrace where, in the summer, you can relax in the swimming pool (open during the summer season). This floor also has a work space, a useful utility area and WC.
Four more en suite bedrooms are on the top floor - all of them have access to either a balcony or an outside space, so you can fill your lungs with that crisp mountain air first thing in the morning. All of the beds are king or super king size, and all but one can be separated into twin beds. The master suite on the top floor also has its own TV area with games - great for the kids!
A hot tub is the latest addition to this fabulous property, and there's also a fire pit in the garden, for lovely long evenings under the stars.

For bookings cancelled at least 56 days before the start of the stay the deposit will be refunded. For a cancellation after this, any amounts already paid will be forfeited.

Why Montriond?
The pretty village of Montriond is a great holiday destination for guests who want a great choice of mountain sports and all the bars, shops and restaurants of a large resort, but who at the end of the day want to return to a quiet base in the heart of nature.
If you’re visiting in the winter, you’ll be close to the lifts in Morzine, but you’ll also have great access to the Ardent bubble, which will whisk you up to the Portes du Soleil resorts.
If you’re visiting in the summer, you’ll appreciate the walks around Lake Montriond, swimming and kayaking.
