This modern chalet is ideally located in a quiet spot overlooking the river in Morzine. It's just a seven minute walk to the Super Morzine lift, and the "petit train" which will take you to the Pleney lift. The nearest supermarket and bar are just three minutes' walk away, so you could park your car in the double garage and forget about it!

There is plenty of room for 10 people in this stylish property, with five en suite bedrooms - two on the ground floor and three on the first floor. All the beds can be arranged as twins or large doubles.

The main living area is on the ground floor - there's a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area and a lovely large seating area with cosy sofas arranged around a fireplace. Doors open on to the terrace, where you can catch some the sun or soak in the wonderful hot tub. There's also an outdoor dining area and a gas barbecue.

This practical property also has a boiler and laundry room, where you can hang up your outdoor gear to make sure it's ready for another wonderful day in the mountains.
