This glorious 4* chalet is in the popular Confins area of La Clusaz, with stunning views over the valley to the pistes beyond. The chalet is just 800m from the Var piste and 1.8km from the Bossonet lifts and ski school in La Clusaz.
The bars, shops and restaurants of La Clusaz are 2.3 km from the chalet, but the ski bus stops just 300m from the door.
Sleeping 12 people (10 adults) in five bedrooms, accommodation is set over three floors.
On the ground floor there's a double-height seating area, with cosy sofas arranged in front of the gas fireplace, a flat screen TV and sliding glass doors which open on to the wraparound balcony and terrace.
The stylish kitchen has all the equipment you need to cook up everything from a quick snack to a delicious dinner, and the dining table is positioned to make the most of the stunning views. There's also a bedroom on this floor with a king size bed and an en suite shower room, and a separate WC, with an impressive Japanese-style toilet and handbasin.
There's another bedroom on the mezzanine level, with a double bed and an en suite shower room. Where you can also find a sofa bed on the landing.
The remaining bedrooms are on the lower ground floor. There's a room with two single beds and another with two sets of bunk beds and access to the lower terrace. These bedrooms share a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The final bedroom has a double bed and an en suite bathroom.
There's a useful ski room with a boot warmer on this floor, along with a laundry room.
Outside, there's a garage for two cars plus one more parking space in front. Steps lead up from here to the chalet, which could make it difficult for those with limited mobility.
