The chalet is less than 1km from the lifts and ski school meeting point, as well as the bars, shops and restaurants of La Clusaz. The Riffroids pistes are just 300m away.
And after a day on the pistes, you can relax in the sauna or the outdoor hot tub, overlooking the valley.
The spacious open-plan living area features a large sofa and chairs around a fireplace. Doors open on to a large terrace where you can soak up the sunshine, enjoy the views over the village, valley and mountains, or share a meal with friends and family. Inside, there's a large dining table and a well-equipped kitchen, with a range cooker and everything you need to cook for a hungry crowd.
A mezzanine room overlooking the living area has a double sofa bed and another television - it's a great place to enjoy a board game, curl up with a book or watch a film.
There are two bedrooms on the second floor - a double room with an en suite bathroom with double basin, and another room with a kingsize bed and an en suite shower room. Two more bedrooms are on the top floor (both have sloping ceilings) - a cosy room with three single beds and an open shower room and another with a kingsize bed, a balcony and an en suite shower room.
There are two separate toilets.
The chalet also has garage space for two cars and a useful ski room with a heated boot rack.
