This cosy La Clusaz ski chalet for eight is just 800m from the piste at Cret du Merle, and when the snow's right experienced skiers can ski through the trees back to the door.
With accommodation set over two floors, it's an ideal chalet for a group of friends, or perhaps two families looking for a holiday property they can share.
The chalet is at the end of a quiet road, just over 3km from the centre of La Clusaz. You'll need a car to make the most of your holiday, but the ski bus stops just 400m from your door.
The chalet has four double bedrooms, two of which have en suite bathrooms, walk-in wardrobes and balconies. Another bedroom also has two built-in bunk beds with curtains - an exciting option for children! There's also a separate bathroom.
The main living area is open plan. The compact kitchen has everything you need to cook for a hungry crowd and there's room for everyone at the dining table, which has wonderful views over the mountains. Why not step out onto the terrace for a pre-dinner drink?
The cosy seating area has a sofa, armchairs and stools around the television. There's full underfloor heating, but the enclosed fireplace will add a cosy glow on those snowy winter nights.
There's a useful laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, a ski room with a heated boot rack, two outside parking spaces and two garages, where you can keep your cars snow-free and ready to go.
