This luxury ski chalet for 12 is in the popular area of Les Bois/Les Tines, just a five-minute drive from the centre of Chamonix, two minutes from the Flegere and Brevent lifts and five minutes from the Grand Montets ski area.
As you enter on the ground floor the impressive hallway leads you to three en suite double bedrooms, including the master bedroom, which also has a bath. All of these bedrooms open on to the hot tub terrace and the huge garden. There's also a bunk room for two with its own shower room.
On the lower ground floor, you'll find the wonderful spa area - there's a 4m x 3m pool with jets and currents, a shower and the sauna. Next door is the cinema room, which has a Bose sound system, Apple TV and a bar - the perfect place to get together after an exhilarating day in the mountains.
The main living area is on the first floor - full height glass doors open on to the sunny terrace and garden with spectacular views of the Dru mountains, perhaps best enjoyed from the hot tub. The Gaggenau fitted kitchen makes cooking a pleasure, and there's room for everyone to eat together at the dining table.
There are two more bedrooms on the top floor - both have en suite shower rooms and can be arranged as double or twin rooms.
There are iPod docking stations throughout the chalet, and the Bose sound system covers the living area, the terrace, the spa area and hot tub.
The chalet also has a garage as well as a ski room and a separate bike room, so whatever time of year you choose to visit, you'll find plenty of room for all your sports equipment.
