There are six bedrooms in the main house, and another in the separate 'mazot' - a small chalet in the garden, which also has a kitchenette and a sofa area.

There are two bedrooms on the ground floor - a double/twin room with a private shower room, and a double room with bunk beds. There's also a separate bathroom on this floor, as well as a TV room, ski store and the spa area.

A large open plan living, dining and kitchen area is the focus of the first floor. Large leather sofas are arranged around a huge open fireplace and television in the wood-panelled seating area, where full height windows frame the stunning views. Doors open onto the wraparound balcony - you can eat out here or at the impressive dining table inside. The kitchen has everything you need to cook for a crowd and has direct access to the hot tub terrace and the mazot.

There are three en suite bedrooms on this floor - a double and a twin/double, and a spacious master suite - as well as a children's playroom with television.

There's another master suite which takes up the top floor - this one has a large double bed with a fireplace and television, as well as a bubble bath and a steam shower!

With parking for six cars, a large private garden with a play area for children and an outside barbecue area, all just a short walk from the centre of Chamonix, this wonderful chalet is hard to beat if you're looking for a mountain base to share with family and friends.
