I need help quickly with photography and home staging! Can you help?

Yes, we can. We have photographers available at short notice, who can work to our photography brief and get beautiful, new photos live quickly to help you take advantage of the current demand.

High quality photography is vital to the success of a self-catered property. It’s important to understand that while catered chalets can be sold on the service provided, with self-catering the focus is very much on the property itself. It’s a big difference and you will need all rooms to be photographed, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens and any additional facilities such as the hot tub, games room etc.

Creative home staging of the property is key to achieving the best photography, and it helps guests imagine themselves living in the property. We can provide a home staging guide and advice to help you get it right, with a range of tips and expert insights to ensure your property looks its best in the photo shoot.

How much does it cost to join OVO Network?

There is no joining or sign up fee. To work with OVO Network as a catered chalet operator, we charge a service fee of just 12%.

Will I need to do anything to my property to join OVO Network?

Our solution offers catered chalet operators quick access to the French self-catered market, but there are some things you can do to help your property generate sales. Our team are experts in reviewing properties for the self-catered market, so we can advise on home staging and photography, to help you quickly maximise your occupancy and income. How long does it take to get my property set up with OVO Network?

This really depends on your individual property. Generally, if all information is readily available, it takes around 48 hours.

Will I be able to continue with other marketing channels alongside the OVO Network solution?

Yes. To reduce the risk of double bookings you will need to provide an iCal reservation calendar or switch your properties to ‘on-request’ bookings only.

I don’t have anyone in my team that has a high level of French, are you able to respond to my French enquiries?

Yes, we can provide bilingual enquiry management at an additional cost. All transactional emails are automatically sent in French or English.

Can you provide advice on pricing?

Yes, our experienced revenue management team can advise on appropriate pricing for the French self-catered market.

Can you provide channel management to other sites?

We will be adding this as an option in the near future. We currently provide channel management for our standard clients to HomeAway, Airbnb, booking.com and TripAdvisor.
