Overview
This stylish, 5* duplex apartment for eight is in a great location next to the Combe des Juments piste, 500m from the ski lift and 3.4km from the picturesque village of La Clusaz.
Part of an old farmhouse, which has been imaginatively converted re-using original materials and features to stunning effect, it now offers beautiful accommodation for up to eight guests.
The apartment has three main bedrooms, one of which is a family suite, with a large double bed and en suite shower room. This room also has a mezzanine floor with two single beds, which children will adore. There are two more double bedrooms, one of which has an en suite shower room, and a separate family bathroom with a huge circular bath where you can soak your aching muscles after an energetic day in the mountains.
The stylish open-plan kitchen and dining area is big enough for everyone to eat together, before retiring to the comfy sofas.
The star of the apartment however, is the huge south-facing terrace, where you can soak in the hot tub while enjoying the fabulous views over the ski slopes. It’s a great place to watch the sun go down on another perfect day.
A separate annexe or 'mazot' can be reached from the terrace - here you'll find another double bed with a shower room.
The apartment has one parking space in the private garage, with a charger for an electric car (Porsche) and four parking spaces in the private courtyard at the front of the house. There's also a ski room with a heated boot rack and laundry facilities.
