It\u2019s important to consider what\u2019s available locally, as well as what\u2019s affordable, reliable and realistic to maintain. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Here, we\u2019ll be discussing four main types of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ovonetwork.com\/blog\/holiday-rental-marketing\/\">holiday<\/a> chalet heating and listing some useful pros and cons to help make the decision that little bit simpler<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-1-underfloor-heating\">1. <strong>Underfloor heating<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-pros\"><strong>Pros<\/strong>:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>A cosy option for toasty feet after a day out in the cold!<\/li><li>No need for bulky radiators, so your property will have a cleaner, more spacious feel.<\/li><li>An ambient heating type, ensuring an even spread throughout your spaces.<\/li><li>It\u2019s possible to add thermostats to different zones, and to set maximum temperatures.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Cons:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Ambient temperature changes can take a while.<\/li><li>It\u2019s difficult to install if not laid at the point of construction.
