Diots are traditional Savoyard sausages, which are normally cooked in white wine and onions to add to their rich flavour. You will usually find Diots served with polenta or crozets (little squares of pasta) or occasionally in a sandwich from a local market stall<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
