Great skiing and boarding<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Of course, a visit to La Plagne wouldn\u2019t be complete without checking out their <a href=\"https:\/\/en.la-plagne.com\/explore-the-multitude-of-activities-on-offer\/ski\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">fantastic ski facilities<\/a>. La Plagne and neighbouring Les Arcs make up the extensive Paradiski area, linked by the speedy Vanoise Express gondola. The resort has 225km of its own pistes, most of which are wide and gentle. Get on your bike<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>There\u2019s plenty to interest bikers of all ages and experience levels in La Plagne, where the first mountain bikes were introduced in the 1980s. The <a href=\"https:\/\/en.la-plagne.com\/explore-the-multitude-of-activities-on-offer\/dive-into-the-heart-of-summer\/biking\/bike-park\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Colorado bike park<\/a> (open in July and August) has green, blue, red and black runs for downhill enthusiasts, as well as bike washing stations.
