Since March 2020 our interviews are often conducted virtually, due to social distancing measures, travel restrictions and curfews. We \u201cmeet\u201d via Google Meet, by phone, or in person, as applicable. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-registration-and-training-course-1-becoming-an-accredited-guest-and-property-manager\">Registration and training course 1 \u2013 Becoming an accredited guest and property manager<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If your interview is successful we will invite you to become an OVO Network property manager partner. Registration and training course 1 costs 100\u20ac. The fee is due when registering, and payable online.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-google-classrooms\">Google Classrooms<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Obligatory course 1 is hosted by Google classrooms. Therefore you will need a google email account to access the course.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-core-elements-covered-by-course\">Core elements covered by course<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Course 1 relates to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ovonetwork.com\/blog\/training-courses-property-management\/\">property management<\/a> in general, plus, specifically to managing OVO Network properties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The core elements cover:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>setting up as an auto-entrepreneur<\/li><li>the OVO Network Manager Charter<\/li><li>the recommended guest communication timeline<\/li><li>minimum levels of service<\/li><li>how to establish a local network<\/li><li>hospitality cleaning <\/li><li>preparing your property rental for guests<\/li><li>trouble shooting and problem solving<\/li><li>damage and insurance claims<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Watch our introduction to our online training course below:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video height=\"960\" style=\"aspect-ratio: 1706 \/ 960;\" width=\"1706\" controls src=\"https:\/\/www.ovonetwork.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/Introduction.webm\"><\/video><figcaption>The Google Classrooms platform has allowed us to share our training with future property managers in a dynamic way, which allows candidates to learn at their own pace.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-assessment\">Assessment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Once you complete each element you will take a multiple choice quiz, or questionnaire type assessment.
