Ce sentier lin\u00e9aire est compl\u00e9t\u00e9 d\u2019une boucle, qui permet d\u2019appr\u00e9cier la versatilit\u00e9 du paysage alpin. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au d\u00e9part du <strong>col de la Croix Fry<\/strong>, suivez le \u00ab sentier 10 \u00bb, qui traverse la for\u00eat avant de commencer son ascension. Plusieurs points de vue panoramiques sont parfaits pour un pique-nique en famille. Il n\u00e9cessite donc une assez bonne condition physique. Le sommet, \u00e0 1 691 m d\u2019altitude \u00e0 la Croix du Colomban, garantit un panorama imprenable sur une bonne partie du massif montagneux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il est possible de faire une pause \u00e0 la Ferme de Lorette et de s\u2019y approvisionner entre autres en <strong>reblochon fermier<\/strong>. Notez que cet itin\u00e9raire est assez fr\u00e9quent\u00e9, surtout en fin de semaine. Il offre en effet une bonne occasion d\u2019observer la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ovonetwork.com\/blog\/fr\/animaux-printemps-montagne\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>faune de montagne<\/strong><\/a>, notamment d\u2019adorables chamois.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La charismatique <strong>Pointe de Merdassier<\/strong> accompagnera vos pas d\u00e8s le d\u00e9part. Le sentier est balis\u00e9, et il vous faudra de toutes fa\u00e7ons suivre l\u2019ar\u00eate pendant la grande majorit\u00e9 du trajet. Vous serez confront\u00e9s \u00e0 <strong>un d\u00e9nivel\u00e9 quasi perp\u00e9tuel<\/strong>, alternant mont\u00e9es et descentes. Une excellente condition physique et de bonnes chaussures de marche sont donc primordiales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous serez cependant r\u00e9compens\u00e9s par une des plus belles vues qui soit sur le flanc sud du mont Blanc, ainsi que sur <strong>les Grandes Rousses<\/strong>, <strong>les \u00c9crins<\/strong>, <strong>la Vanoise<\/strong>, et <strong>le mont Charvin<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Notez que vous devrez suivre une ar\u00eate expos\u00e9e sur une partie du trajet. Ce chalet prend son nom du <strong>col de Plan-Bois<\/strong>, un col m\u00e9connu nich\u00e9 sous la silhouette de la montagne de Sulens. Arriv\u00e9s au sommet \u00e0 1 839 m, vous b\u00e9n\u00e9ficierez d\u2019un paysage ph\u00e9nom\u00e9nal sur La Tournette et le massif des Aravis, notamment l\u2019\u00c9tale et le mont Charvin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette randonn\u00e9e alpine ne pr\u00e9sente aucune difficult\u00e9 particuli\u00e8re, mais prenez tout de m\u00eame garde \u00e0 la falaise, parfois abrupte en bord de cr\u00eate. La premi\u00e8re partie est assez fr\u00e9quent\u00e9e au printemps par de nombreux marcheurs qui choisissent de suivre la version courte de la boucle. Le sentier est en partie abrit\u00e9 par une for\u00eat et offre de merveilleux points de vue sur le mont Blanc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette boucle commence \u00e0 la Croix Fry et m\u00e8ne <strong>au refuge du Chez de la Fin<\/strong>, puis continue son ascension avant de redescendre par le lieu-dit des Maisons des Bois.
