Pour obtenir une \u00e9toile, il faut r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 un certain nombre de crit\u00e8res sur les 130 qui sont \u00e9valu\u00e9s. Ils sont class\u00e9s en 3 cat\u00e9gories :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong><strong>Equipement <\/strong><\/strong>\u2013<strong><strong> <\/strong><\/strong>50 % des points<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Services<\/strong> \u2013 30 % des points<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Viabilit\u00e9<\/strong> \u2013 20 % des points<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-comment-fonctionne-le-systeme-de-notation\"><strong>Comment fonctionne le syst\u00e8me de notation ?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le classement<strong> s\u2019appuie sur un syst\u00e8me de points : <\/strong>un certain nombre de points est assign\u00e9 \u00e0 chaque exigence.\u00a0Certaines conditions sont \u201cobligatoires\u201d et d\u2019autres sont \u201coptionnelles\u201d ou \u201c\u00e0 la carte\u201d.\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour atteindre une certaine note, <strong>il faut obtenir un nombre de points \u00ab\u00a0obligatoire\u00a0\u00bb et un nombre de points \u00ab\u00a0optionnel\u00a0\u00bb pour la cat\u00e9gorie vis\u00e9e<\/strong>. D\u00e9duction fiscale<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Les revenus d\u2019un h\u00e9bergement touristique meubl\u00e9 class\u00e9 b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient d\u2019une<strong> d\u00e9duction forfaitaire de 71 % <\/strong>(au lieu de 50 %) s\u2019ils ne d\u00e9passent pas 23 000 \u20ac hors taxe (sur le seuil de 2022), pour les propri\u00e9taires d\u2019h\u00e9bergement meubl\u00e9 non professionnel.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si un propri\u00e9taire opte pour le <strong>r\u00e9gime de micro-entreprise<\/strong>, le seuil de chiffre d\u2019affaires est augment\u00e9 \u00e0 <strong>170 000 \u20ac <\/strong>par an au lieu de 70 000 \u20ac pour un h\u00e9bergement meubl\u00e9 non class\u00e9. Les charges de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale sont r\u00e9duites \u00e0 <strong>6 %<\/strong> au lieu de 12,8 %, et la taxe de s\u00e9jour est fix\u00e9e au lieu d\u2019\u00eatre calcul\u00e9e en fonction
